The First point Hotels Brand, owned by Moro Global, was one of the first modern brand hotels created by Moro Global Hotel Management. The First Point hotels rand is an accumulated effort of the group of companies under the same umbrella. the brand has been running by its Owners since its creation in 2016.

It is an upscale hotel brand located in a prime locations in KSA, such as Mekkah, Jeddah, Riyad and Medina, also we've First Point Hotels in Egypt, Turkey, and planning to open others in UAE, Turkey and Morocco. Our hotels are surrounded by stunning service spots and which offer an idyllic retreat for a relaxing getaway within the hotel. All our hotel rooms and suites are made of the latest international standards concerning the design as well as the comfort, restaurants, lounges, Coffee Shops, conference rooms, a business center, a spa and gym, swimming pools, a full range of other activities, a hairdresser and beauty salon and a souvenir shop.

In its conception, these pioneering Hotels were built around the concept that it's the first Point where to start your journey, regardless if it's for business, religious purpose or as a tourist. Our Logo represents the first letters of the name done in such a way to represent its origin with a Saudi touch which is clearly spotted on the logo as taken from the KSA National Flag.

Our rooms and suites are equipped with luxurious bathrooms, hairdryer, telephone, TV's, high-speed Wireless internet connection, mini-bar, safe box, heating, individually controlled AC and many more. Some of our suites feature kitchenettes, living rooms and terraces.

Gastronomy is an important part of the First Point Hotels. The First Point's Restaurant open every evening offers international themed menus and buffets. Our Coffee shops open during the day offers a buffet lunch as well as an a la carte snack menu. During the summer period our Pool Areas hosts themed nights with live cooking.

Our Spa & Gym includes a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi as well as massage sessions administered by professionals.

Lastly, banqueting and meeting facilities include venues of different capacities, the largest of which is the Ballroom that can hosts big functions such as weeding Parties. Our magnificent Menus as well as our catering services will make your venue, garden, the best outdoor location for any kind of party

Story & Philosophy

The First Point Hotels are one of the first hotels built in the area with such services, providing the 5 stars service with the 4 stars rates, which is the first time for a customer to enjoy the luxury services with an affordable price.

Our Hotels not only were ones of the few on the area, but it slowly became one of the best as well. After few months of self-running our Hotels in Makkah More than 30 Hotels Hosting more than 939,000.00 Visitors last year (2016) , the hotels, the management of the First Point Hotel along with the mother company MORO GLOBAL HOTEL MANAGEMENT, decided to expand outside the National territory to the international, by managing other properties in Egypt, UAE, Nigeria, Turkey and Morocco under the First Point 4 stars brand.

The Management team took on the challenge & insisted on keeping the same name “First Point Hotel”, for all the hotels we are managing to create a brand awareness outside the KSA boundaries, we strongly believed that ‘the name’ could become a real asset in our quest to return any hotel we manage to its fame and glory.

Most of these hotels have been undergoing important renovations. Construction work was done on the outside of the building and all our public areas have been face-lifted. Some rooms have already been renovated and the rest will be done gradually to meet the First Point Standards. New ideas and a young spirit have been introduced to revive the old legacy of those properties and bring back the reputation and image of our Brand.

In its conception, the First Point Hotel was built around the concept of FP the first thing to do in any place you go is to settle down before starting any activity, and get a place where you can feel comfortable. As it's said "If you don't feel the place, you'll never enjoy your stay. "The First Point Brand is there to make sure this first step is taken care by our team of professionals. Thus, New colors have been added to the hotel and the story of the brand has been imbedded throughout the premises. The smallest detail has been given a lot of attention in order to create an environment in which our guests will spend long life memories.

Our rooms and various outlets are named in relation to brand name and the concept of the food served, basically we take the cuisine story and we blind it with the service : Coffee Shop, Restaurant, Ballroom, lounge Bar, Boardroom, Spa and the Presidential Suite.

Our family rooms are furnished with one double, or 2 twin beds, with the possibility to accommodate up to four guests.

Our (Garden) view rooms, have a balcony overlooking the landscapes and are equipped with double-glazed sliding doors, which are sound proof and ensure the isolation of outdoor sounds.

All our Family Rooms are furnished with a double sofa, two comfortable lounge chairs, a dressing table with side chair, a stand-up lamp, a luggage rack and a spacious wardrobe.

Our Executive Rooms are newly refurbished rooms, perfectly blending tradition with modern amenities. All of our (Garden) view rooms have a balcony overlooking the panoramic views of the Garden and the landscape.

Our Superior Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are furnished with a twin bed, two comfortable lounge chairs, a dressing table with side chair, a luggage rack and a spacious wardrobe.

Our spacious Presidential Suites have two balconies offering two distinctive views. A panoramic view of the (City) as well as other views depend on the location of the Hotel.

Our presidential Suites are furnished with a king bed, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub, a spacious wardrobe with full length mirror, two flat screen IPTVs, a private living room with a dining table, a kitchenette with a mini fridge and coffee making facility.

  • Effective On-Site Support For Hotels And Back-Up In the head office In Jeddah and across Middle East, a team of sales staff and managers support the hotels in local, national and international selling activities. The management team, with its headquarters in Jeddah, delivers the necessary support in the areas Commercial Services, Revenue & Distribution, Sales, Marketing & Digital, Central Reservation Office, Accounting & Controlling, Procurement, Human Resources, Food & Beverage, IT and Maintenance.
  • Commercial Services The commercial team provides strategic support nationally and internationally for the hotels under our management, franchisors and franchisees. It also carries out regular quality inspections. The main challenge faced by the commercial services team is to communicate with individual stakeholders, owners and General Managers. Direct and immediate contact with all concerned guarantees efficient implementation processes and excellent communication. The future of commercial services lies in the acquisition and nurturing of strategic partnerships, in revenue streams and in the development of internal and external quality management.
  • Revenue & Distribution The revenue and distribution department manages the occupancy and RevPar (Revenue per available room) of the hotel through the application of yield and revenue management strategies. The department is responsible for the optimization of distribution pathways, to find the ideal business mix for the hotels, as well as for strategic direction of the hotels in collaboration with hotel managers, Area Vice Presidents and the commercial team. Furthermore, it supports the training of future yield and revenue managers in the Junior Revenue Academy and offers training to on property staff who have revenue responsibility. The revenue department of the First Point Management works under the motto "efficient revenue management in conjunction with flexibility, dynamics and creativity."
  • Sales (Corporate) The department is responsible for key account management and desk meetings, for supporting existing clients and contractual clients, for supporting individual hotels, as well as for the acquisition of new clients. The biggest challenges faced by the MORO Global Management sales teams are: promotion of the cross selling concept between sales assistants in the areas and the hotels; and coordination and optimization of sales campaigns between the head office sales team and the hotel partners. How the staff of the Sales Department view their work? As sustainable, customer-oriented, reliable and professional.
  • Marketing & Digital MORO Global Digital Department develops and programs websites and landing pages for the hotels. It is also responsible for the programming and development of corporate websites for the company. The department's range of digital services include programming, lay outing, SEO, SEM, social media, content management and online marketing with its own editorial staff and guarantees the timeliness, functionality and usability of the websites. Through the use of storytelling, promotional activities and a good online presence, the hotels generate bookings and profit directly.

    The marketing department is also responsible for the brand management of the Hotel is managing and the franchisors. This encompasses the preparation, takeover and integration of new or rebranded hotels into the portfolio. The marketing department participates in trade fairs, organizes events, coordinates agencies, printing houses and co-operative partners and creates presentation material, give-a ways and promotional material in line with the CI. Optimized, innovative, efficient processes and service-oriented activities make the Marketing & Digital Department a high-performing reliable partner.
  • Central Reservation Office The Central Reservation Office (CRO), with headquarters in Jeddah, is currently made up of a strong team and is set to grow in the coming years. The plan is to have all the hotels under the flagship of MORO Global are directly connected to the CRO via fax, email and telephone, websites and other hotels of the Hotel Group can contact the office using the central, free-of-charge reservation hotline. Reservation requests can be dealt with around the clock. The CRO provides a healthy balance in the communication between the hotels, regional departments, the brand and hotel standards, and the guests' wishes. The committed, naturally friendly call center sees itself as a service provider link between guests and the front office.
  • Accounting & Controlling MORO Global Management Accounting Department is responsible for operative hotel accounting, controlling and auditing. Accounting is a growing branch of the company - with a team well versed in all finance aspects in the head office. The main challenges faced by the accounting department are: integration of new hotels into the existing structures while maintaining quality standards, and the implementation of uniform practices for all accounting departments. Precision, pragmatism and flexibility define the service-oriented accounting and controlling of the First Point Hotel Management.
  • Procurement MORO Global Management Corporate Purchasing Department includes the areas: purchasing; cost controlling; and supplier, contract and quality management. The procurement team is in constant close contact with Local, Middle East and international subcontractors, hotel managers and the strategic management team. What makes the workings of the Purchasing Department stand out? A high degree of professionalism, reliability, determination, loyalty and great communication skills. The department's goal for the near future is to become one of the most profitable central purchasing departments of the hotel industry.
  • Human Resources We know the secrets of creating and running efficient, top-performing properties, from marketing strategies to operational training for employees, over 100 regional workshops annually, and onboarding programs available at our corporate HQ, we make our tools easily accessible to you. MORO Global Management Human Resources Department is split up into Administration and Training & Development. Above all else, the HR team views itself as a cooperative and solution-oriented service provider. Youth development, talent promotion and executive development are all among the team's core activities, as is consultation in all questions concerning labor law, social law and works constitution law. Furthermore, the HR Department develops customized HR codes of best practice to support business strategies, such as the introduction and development of personnel processes, programs, systems and guidelines, and the introduction of administrative standards and HR framework agreements.
  • Food & Beverage The Food & Beverage Department of MORO Global Management is made up of strong F&B Managers who have gained more than 20 years of hands on F&B. These managers are operative in all F&B fields such as the areas of breakfast, banqueting, à la carte, kitchen and bar. In the back office of the MORO Global Management F&B Department, all chefs are briefed by Culinary Director and Head Chef. The department is responsible for the daily business in the hotels, leads the F&B purchasing team and develops new culinary concepts: For example the Twenty4Seven Food Concept, a gourmet snack concept in bed and breakfast hotels; and the new banqueting concept, which aims at establishing central patisserie kitchens, supplying all hotels in one region with high quality desserts, pastries and snacks. the team's strength is to create professional and customized culinary concepts for the wide range of hotel brands. Convinced that the food and drinks served give character and soul to the hotel, the F&B department creates quality concepts full of soul and vitality.
  • IT Telecommunications, helpdesk, networks, server systems, Opera PMS, data security - the competent and experienced IT team supports the consortium in all issues concerning IT. This includes supporting staff in all EDM concerns, fixing system faults, the planning and surveillance of back-ups and the development and maintenance of the systems. The IT Department is also responsible for connecting new hotels to the existing IT infrastructure, for coordinating external service providers and for the conception and introduction of new systems. MORO Global Management IT Department views itself as a service oriented provider of a professional EDM environment and supports staff and facilitates business processes. The biggest challenge faced by the in-house IT team is to ensure a high level of quality of support and continuous adaptation of infrastructure and processes to a rapidly developing IT landscape.
  • Maintenance MORO Global Management Maintenance Department, with a dedicated team of professionals, is the operative technical department for all First Point hotels. Alongside on-site technicians in the hotels, the team is responsible for all operative engineering projects, i.e. they carry out renovations and conversions, take care of all security-relevant systems, deal with technical problems, deal with negotiation proceedings for maintenance contracts and energy contracts, and implement measures for potential savings (water, electricity, gas), without forgetting to go green. The maintenance department is very well organized, and sees itself in five years as the leading technical management team in Middle East.
